A Cape silver beaker, Jan Lotter, c.1813-1817 cylindrical with tapering sides, engraved with a double-band of ribbed borders, inscribed ‘Remember your friend at the Cape of Good Hope’ ‘1813’, gilt interior, 210g,8,5cm.
