Gerhardus Lotter

The son of Johannes Casparus Lotter (1737) and Johanna Catharina van Kerken, baptised at the Cape on 18 November 1764. Married Susanna Johanna Esterhuyzen on 24 August 1794. His widow is listed in the directory for 1825.
A Cape silver covered sugar bowl, Gerhardus Lotter, c.1810-1824 vase-shaped with a band of beading, the sides applied with a pair of corded handles, the pierced base with beaded rim, detachable conforming cover, 340g,13cm high
